Villa Organic
Signing the reservation contract and depositing the reservation deposit, which is 5% of the purchase price sent to escrow account of the developer Fio Bank, a.s.
After the beginning of construction works, we will sign a contract on the future purchase contract, in which a second advance payment for the purchase price of 10% is paid to the project account at Fio Bank, a. s.. This account replaces the escrow account/escrow and is used specifically for this development project on the composition of purchase prices.
After finishing of the construction works, the purchase contract is signed and the remaining amount is paid on the project account.
